Hia maria..nice practice..love your videos..i practice ashtanga i finished the first series, i´ve started only a yer ago..mi problem its jump back and jump in…its ok the way im doing in but i cant fly, its hard …i feel like mi feet weight too much an d i cant lift them from the floor :( …sugestions?… i dont feel bad for it, i keep in mind PRACTICE ,PRACTICE AND ALL IS COMING ;)
